How do we open account E-gold?
Please read below step by step:
1) Using your internet browser (suggests Mozilla Firefox) go to: https://www.e-gold.com/newacct
2) Review the e-gold Account User Agreement and click "I AGREE" if you want to continue creating your e-gold account or click "I DECLINE" if you don’t want to create it. AFC suggests agreeing with the e-gold Account User Agreement.
3) After clicking "I AGREE" you will be transferred to new e-gol Account Creation Form.
4) Specify a name for your account. The account name will be displayed when someone is spending or receiving e-metal to this account. An optional description may be entered. Examples: "Dogler", "Joe's e-gold account", "ABC Widgets Inc", "Caesar T. Oglethorpe" or up to you
5) Specify a user name for yourself. The user name will be displayed in the account history, to clarify one account user from another. Currently a single user is supported per account. You may also enter a description of the user if desired. Example User Names: "Joe Hampton", "Dr. N.", "Caesar T. Oglethorpe". Example Descriptions: "Trustee", "Deputy Comptroller" or up to you.
6) Specify the account point of contact information. This must be the name and address of a real person. Please fill in a complete e-mail address (any email address can be used here but it is recommended you use your ISP address - not a free hotmail, etc address).
It is also recommended your also include a fax number (don't have a fax number? This company offers free fax to email services). Try and make it as easy as possible for e-gold to contact you.
Make sure all your details are accurate and remember if any of your details change in the future to update your e-gold account profile. This is very important, if you ever lose or forget your passphrase (password) to your e-gold account you will only get it back if e-gold can contact you using your profile information (you do not want to be locked out of your own e-gold account so keep it up to date).
7) Think of alternative passphrase, which is needed only for payment verification use.
8) Think of unique passphrase, which you will use in future for making payments (when buying, investing, etc.).
"Passphrase" - this is the most important piece of information connected to any e-gold account. We can not stress enough how important it is that your passphrase is kept safe and secure.
Your passphrase must be unique (not use anywhere else) and it needs to be long like a sentence (hence it is called a passPHRASE not passWORD). Something like "A quick brown dog jumped over the lazy fox" would be a good one (please do not use it ... make up your own short sentence).
Write your passphrase down. If you lose it you will find it hard gaining access to your e-gold account.
For extra security you can type your passphrase in using the "SRK" java keyboard (click on this symbol SRK).
9) Enter turing number which can be seen above the text field. Note that it is not your e-gold account number.10) Click open.
11) If everything is done in a correct manner, you will get a confirmation about your e-gold account creation.
12) On the next page it will tell you that your e-gold account number has been emailed to you. It will also tell you to remember your passphrase (a very good idea).
Ok, go check your email - you can expect to wait up to 5 minutes for your account number to arrive, be patient. If it does not arrive after 5 minutes then that means the email address you supplied was incorrect and you will have to open another new account (go through and repeat what you just did above again).
Once you receive your account number in your email go and log in to our new e-gold account (this is a good test that everything is ok and your passphrase is correct).
Congratulations, you now have your own 
account! Now all you need is some in it!
1) Using your internet browser (suggests Mozilla Firefox) go to: https://www.e-gold.com/acct/login.html
2) When you get to the e-gold account access page fill in your account number (the one you was e-mailed), the passphrase (not alternative passphrase) and Turing number.
3) After entering everything click "Login". If the provided information was correct you will be transferred to your e-gold account main page.
4) Now you are able to make spends, see your balance, transaction history, change your information, passphrases, e-mail, settings and etc.
